Lead a staff of 30 people to carry out the organization’s mission as the secretariat for legislative caucuses in 14 countries (Botswana, Colombia, Peru, Mexico, Gabon, Namibia, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Malawi, Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, United States).
Programs address topics from valuation of biodiversity; illegal, unreported, and unregulated fishing; marine debris; natural resource security; illegal wildlife trafficking; human-wildlife conflict; sustainable forest management; sustainable agriculture; technology and conservation; illegal mining and the use of mercury; national parks and protected areas management.
Directed the day-to-day implementation of the educational events in Washington, D.C. including briefings for Congressional Staff, Members of Congress, leaders of NGOs, Multilateral agencies and private sector leaders.
